摘要
患者牙齿拔除后常会伴有骨量不足,骨量不足的位点种植治疗一直以来都被认为较为复杂。引导骨再生技术在解决骨量不足患者种植治疗中取得了较好的效果。浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factors,CGF)/富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)是一种新型的血浆提取物,其中含有转移生长因子-β(TGF-β)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、类胰岛素生长因子(IGF)、骨形成蛋白(BMPs)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和表皮生长因子(EGF)等多种生长因子、血小板和纤维蛋白等。一些基础研究和动物实验证明其具有促进软硬组织愈合的效果,目前也被应用于口腔再生治疗中。很多学者将CGF/PRF引入到引导骨再生术中,期望能够获得更好的成骨效果,本文将对CGF/PRF应用于引导骨再生术中促进成骨作用的局限和不足作一简要综述。
The implant treatment of the site with insufficient bone defect has long been considered as more complicated treatment.Guided bone regeneration technology has achieved good results in the implant treatment of patients with bone defcet.Concentrated growth factor is a new type of plasma extract containing concentrated growth factors,platelets and fibrin.Some basic research and animal experiments have proved that it has the effect of promoting the healing of soft and hard tissues,and is currently used in oral regenerative therapy.Many scholars have introduced CGF/PRF into guided bone regeneration,and hope to obtain better osteogenic effect.We will briefly summarize the limitations and deficiencies of CGF/PRF in promoting bone formation during guided bone regeneration.
