摘要
采用土钻法对黄土高原天然草地群落根系的垂直分布特征进行调查研究 ,同时用根系扫描仪 EPSONTWAIN PRO(32 bit)和专业的根系形态学和结构分析应用系统 WINRhizo对根系长度、根系表面积和根系体积等主要根系参数进行分析。结果表明 ,在 15个均匀分布的采样点上 ,同一深度上不同径级根系之间不存在显著差异。不同径级根系的主要根系分布参数具有相似的分布规律。所有径级的根系都集中分布在表层 4 0 cm的土层中 ,在4 0 cm以下的土层中根系分布相对较少。在所有径级的根系中 ,直径范围在 0 .2~ 0 .6 m
Soil auger was applied to investigate the vertical root distribution characteristics of natural grassland on the Loess Plateau, and the main root indexes of root length, root surface area and root volume were analyzed by the root scanner of TWAIN PRO (32bit) and root analysis system of WINRhizo. Results indicated that there was no clear difference in root distribution on the same depth across the slope. There was similar root distribution characteristics of the roots of different diameter classes. Most of the root was concentrated in the surface 0~40 cm, while little was distributed in deeper soil. Among all the diameter classes, roots with its diameter between 0.2~0.6 mm have the biggest distribution value.
