摘要
设计了一种小型液压钻车的自动装卸钻杆装置。该装置利用液压机械手,将钻杆从钻杆库搬运至动力头前,与钻杆夹持装置配合以实现钻杆的自动装卸。机械手能够在钻机导轨上移动位置,不干涉钻机钻进运动,提高了作业效率和安全性。
An automatic drill pipe mounting and dismounting device in small hydraulic drill rig was designed. In the device, the hydraulic manipulator was applied to move the drill pipe from the drill pipe storage to the power head, so as to realize the automatic mounting and dismounting of the drill pipe with the aid of drill pipe holding unit. The manipulator moved along the guide rail of the drill and had no interference with the drilling operation of the drill, thus the operation effi ciency and safety property of the drill improved.
