摘要
笔者采用MATLAB软件对平均雷诺方程进行了求解分析,得出了光滑表面和粗糙表面条件下的油膜压力和油膜厚度分布情况,并对其在不同偏心率下最大油膜压力进行了分析比较。结果表明:计入表面粗糙度时的油膜压力更大,尤其在偏心率较大时,表面粗糙度对油膜压力的影响更为显著。
After the average Reynolds equation being solved and analyzed with MATLAB,the distribution of oil film pressure and thickness at smooth surface and rough surface condition was revealed.In addition,the maximum oil film pressure obtained at various eccentricity was analyzed and contrasted.The results showed that the oil film pressure was greater while surface roughness being considered,especially while the eccentricity was larger,the influence of surface roughness to the oil film pressure was more significant.
