基于等齿高含惰轮的外啮合变位齿轮副设计

摘要 根据齿轮副安装及啮合原理,推导含惰轮变位齿轮副两次计算惰轮齿顶高降低系数相等的算式。基于此提出两种含惰轮的变位齿轮副设计方法,为矿山机械传动系统中惰轮传动设计提供参考。 Based on the principle of gear meshing and gear pair installation, the paper deduced the formula bywhich twice calculated addendum reduction factors of the idler gear were the same during the calculation of the modified gear pair with idler gear. Based on which, two kinds of design methods of the modified gear pair with idler gear were proposed, which offered references for design of the idler gear in the transmission system of mining machinery.
