挖掘机多体系统有限元分析与疲劳寿命预测 被引量:1

FEA and fatigue life prediction of excavator multi-body system

摘要 以某20 t液压挖掘机为对象,对工作状态下的挖掘机进行应力测试,采集其工作载荷谱。运用SolidWorks建立挖掘机三维实体全装配模型,应用ABAQUS进行多体系统的有限元分析,确定各工况下挖掘机的危险部位,并进一步进行针对性分析,将测试数据与有限元分析结果导入fe-safe进行疲劳寿命预测。研究表明:挖掘机销轴铰接处应力较大,尤其在斗杆与动臂铰接处以及斗杆与铲斗铰接处;零部件不同部位的疲劳寿命存在较大差异,如动臂侧板的疲劳寿命远高于动臂销轴铰接处,表明产品设计存在进一步优化的空间。 A certain 20 t hydraulic excavator was taken as the study objective, whose stress was tested in operation modes, and working load spectra were acquired. SolidWorks was applied to build 3D assembly model of the excavator, and ABAQUS was applied to analyze the multi-body system so as to locate the dangerous zones of the excavator in various operation modes. In addition, purposive analysis was conducted, and the test data and FEA results were imported into fe-safe to predict the fatigue life. The study showed: the stress in pin joints was larger, especially in the hinge joint of the bucket rod and the arm as well as the hinge joint of the bucket rod and the bucket; the fatigue life in various zones of the part differed greatly, for example, the fatigue life of the side plate of the arm was much higher than that of the pin joint of the arm, which meant the possibility of further optimization.
