摘要
简要介绍了XJM-S16型机械搅拌式浮选机和FJC-A16型喷射式浮选机的结构及工作原理,对2种浮选机的单机试验结果进行了分析,比较了2种浮选机的工艺效果和药剂用量消耗。分析和比较表明,机械搅拌式浮选机的工艺性能好,更适合于该选煤厂入浮煤泥的性质。
The paper briefly introduced XJM-S16 mechanical agitation flotator and FJC-A16 jet flotator about their structure and working principle, and analyzed the results of tests respectively conducted with the two kinds of flotators. In addition, it contrasted the two kinds of flotators about their technological effects and reagent dosage. The analysis and contrast results showed that the mechanical agitation flotator possessed better technological performance and more suitable for processing the coal slime feedings of the washery.
