摘要
为了提高预磨机磨矿效率,使破碎后物料粒度能更好地满足生产需求,针对Ф460 mm预磨试验机,确定了其相应的因素与水平,并设计了四因素五水平的正交试验。根据试验结果,以粗粒产率、中粒产率和细粒产率的质量百分比为评价指标,从直观、极差两方面分析得出了转速、填充率及球配对磨矿粒度的影响趋势,并得到以中粒产率最大和细粒产率最优的设计方案。
To improve the grinding effi ciency of the premill so as to make the products meet the production demand,Ф460 mm test premill was taken as the study object. Its factors and levels were determined, and the orthogonal test with four factors and fi ve levels was designed. According to the test results, taking the mass percent of coarse product throughput, medium product throughput and fine product throughput as the assessment indexes, the paper analyzed the influence tendency of rotary velocity, filling ratio and ball proportion on product size from intuitive and range aspect. Finally, the optimal design scheme involving the highest medium.
