摘要
地下铲运机是现代资源开采无轨化运输设备的重要组成部分,在工作人员无法到达的危险工作面对其进行无线遥控操作显得尤为重要。采用电液控制技术,对无线遥控地下铲运机的制动、油门和液压换挡系统进行改造,并深入研究了无线遥控系统的工作过程和实现无线遥控操作的控制方法,设计了与之相适应的改造方案。样车试验的良好效果证明了设计的可靠性,对其他工程机械的遥控化改造也具有一定的借鉴作用。
The underground LHD(Load-haul-dump unit) is important trackless transportation equipment during modern resource exploitation, and wireless remote control of LHD is especially important on dangerous working faces which operators fail to reach. In the paper, electro-hydraulic control technology was applied to transform the braking, the accelerator and the hydraulic shifting system in LHD with wireless remote control, and the operation process of the wireless remote control system and its control method were intensively studied. In addition, transformation scheme was designed. Excellent test results of the prototype vehicle indicated the reliability of the design. The design possessed references for the transformation of wireless remote control of other construction machinery.
