摘要
煤炭产业结构的合理性不仅对我国经济发展产生重要影响,同时也是煤炭产业实现可持续发展的必然要求。分析了我国煤炭产业结构变化的特点及其主要影响因素,在此基础上从资源利用水平、生态环境、经济发展3个维度确立了评价煤炭产业结构合理性指标体系,利用层次分析法与模糊数学方法建立了煤炭产业结构合理性的模糊综合评价模型,通过对我国煤炭产业结构的合理性进行评价,找出了目前我国煤炭产业发展所存在的主要问题,并提出了与之相适应的改进措施。
The reasonableness of coal industry structure not only has important impact on domestic economic development, but is the necessary requirement for the coal industry to realize sustainable development. The paper analyzed the variation features of domestic coal industry structure and main influential factors, and then established the index system of appraising the reasonableness of domestic coal industry structure from resource utilization level, ecological environment and economic development. In addition, it applied hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy mathematical method to establish the fuzzy comprehensive appraisement model for the reasonableness of the coal industry structure, and pointed out main problems existing in the development of domestic coal industry after appraising the reasonableness of domestic coal industry structure. At last, the paper proposed corresponding improvement measures.
