摘要
针对大功率、大运量带式输送机,研究开发了头部加中部驱动方式的带式输送机,以代替传统的头部集中驱动方式,并通过实例进行了分析研究和计算,结果改变了整个输送机的受力结构,降低了卸载滚筒和机架输送带的强度,节约了投资及运行成本,具有推广应用价值。
The head and middle drive mode was applied to the large-power and large-capacity belt conveyor, so as to replace the traditional head centralizing drive mode, and a instance was analyzed and calculated. In consequence, the whole stress state of the conveyor altered, and the strength of the unloading drum and the conveyance belt reduced, thus the investment and operation cost decreased. The design possessed spread and application values.
