Selection and characteristic analysis of dual drive solution for mine-used mill

摘要 大型矿用磨机的传动方案往往并不唯一,其选择与成本、制造周期和技术发展程度等多种因素相关,目前对不同驱动方案的对比研究较少。首先对齿轮传动和无齿轮传动磨机驱动进行了大的分类和阐述,然后着重对各种双驱磨机的驱动方案,尤其是QTS双驱同步和变频双驱同步方案的特点进行了分析和介绍,为大型磨机驱动方案的对比和选择提供了参考。 The drive solution for the large mine-used mill is usually not unique,and its selection is related to various factors such as cost,manufacturing cycle and technical development level.At present,there is little comparative study on various drive solution.First,the gear drive and the gearless drive were classified and narrated in general,and then the characteristics of various dual drive solutions were introduced and analyzed,especially the QTS dual drive synchronization and variable-frequency dual drive synchronization,which offered reference for comparison and selection of the drive solution for the large mill.
