摘要
为实现水介旋流器的底流再选,借鉴Vorsyl旋流器和三产品旋流器的基本结构,提出一种新型的底流双排料的三产品水介旋流器。以屯兰选煤厂-2 mm粗煤泥为研究对象,研究了再选旋流器中矿管相对插入位量、补加水对三产品旋流器分选效果的影响,获得精煤灰分为10.12%,中煤灰分为47.23%,矸石灰分为66.56%。并通过三产品的分配曲线,对其分选效果进行了评价。
In order to realize the rewashing of underflow from the water-only cyclone,a new-type threeproduct water-only cyclone with double underflow discharges was proposed based on the general structure of Vorsyl cyclone and three-product cyclone.Taking-2mm coarse coal slurry from Tunlan Coal Washery as the sample,the influence of the relative inserting distance of the middlings pipe of the rewashing cyclone and the water addition on the separation effects of the three-product cyclone was studied.The ash content of the obtained clean coal,the middlings and the refuse were individually 10.12%,47.23%and 66.56%.The separation effects were evaluated through the distribution curve of the three products.
