基于开放型英语人才培养模式英语专业教师和学生的成长研究

摘要 "活到老学到老"是终身学习教育理念的集中体现和基本思想内涵,是教师"为师"和学生"为学"所不可或缺的精神主线和精神意境。时代和社会的发展变化对英语专业教师和学生提出了新要求,教师需围绕新人才标准不断调整自身知识结构和教学行为,以培养开放型英语人才为目标,将创新观念一代代传承下去,为可持续性发展提供持久动力。 'Never too old to learn' is the basic content of lifelong learning theory,which is the indispensible spiritual part of English teachers and students as related to how to teach and how to learn.With the development of the society,new demands are put forward to teachers and students.Aiming at cultivating new English learners,English teachers should constantly adjust their teaching methods and behaviors,in order that they can provide creative impetus for the sustainable development of English majors.
