摘要
无论从我国粮食安全角度看还是从供求关系角度看,吉林省都不能放弃玉米生产。而摆脱吉林省玉米生产销售难、收储难、农民收入提高难这一状况的现实选择是以玉米生产为基础,构建一个全方位、系列化、具有多重产业关联度的玉米经济框架,建立合理的玉米经济运行机制,提高玉米经济的运行效率。
In terms of either crop security of our country or the relations between supply and demand, corn production in Jilin province cannot be abandoned. Now there exist a lot of difficulties in sale, store, and the increase of peasant income. In order to get rid of this situation, we should construct a systematic, and allscale frame of corn economy which is of a close correlation with multiindustries. It is certain to help to form a proper institution of corn economy and to increase its efficiency.
