摘要
对高校教师进行有效激励,有助于高校教师提高教学科研的产出量,减少职业倦怠,降低离职率。高校管理部门为了实现对高校教师的有效激励,需要进行相关要素的投入。文章基于生产要素理论和需求层次理论,探讨了各类要素对高校教师科研教学产出的具体影响,在此基础上,科学构建了新的高校教师激励机制。
The incentive to college teachers is helpful to improve the output of teaching and scientific research,reduce job burnout and turnover rate.In order to achieve effective incentives for university teachers,university management departments need to input relevant elements.In this paper,we will draw on the theory of production factors and the theory of demand level,and discuss the specific influence of various factors on the scientific research and teaching output of university teachers,and on this basis,we will build a good incentive mechanism for college teachers.
