科技创新政策支持下的产业升级换代研究——以美国钢铁行业史为鉴 被引量:6

Research on Supporting of Technology Innovation Policies to Industrial Upgrading via American Experience

摘要 分析了历史文献和统计资料,对美国钢铁发展历史进行分期与规律探索,发现电炉化技术创新与废钢资源的合理环保利用是钢铁大国强国产业经济持续发展的要因。研究结论认为中国采用创新技术开发和利用废钢资源以及转炉电炉化趋势已形成可能,应注重加强科技管理和创新政策的双重引导,鼓励产业发挥技术创新核心驱动作用,为产业转型升级提供强力支撑。 This article takes the actual hot spot of'Weeding out substandard steel'in the Chinese steel industry in 2017 as a background,and further considers the result of the drop in scrap prices caused by the incident.Through the comparison between China and foreign countries,we conducted a staging and regular exploration of the history of US steel development with the boundary between mainstream steel production technology and crude steel production.We noticed that the advent of the EAF and scrap steel era in the US steel industry cannot be separated from steel reserves and steel making.Technical economic differences.The stone of the mountain can be used to attack jade,which can be used for reference to the development and utilization of steel scrap resources in China and the opening of the trend of electric furnace in the steel industry.
