摘要
为了研究间断级配沥青混合料压实过程中粗集料的堆移行为,采用3D打印技术制备基于真实集料形态的"追踪集料"。将旋转压实试验(SGC)和X-ray CT无损扫描技术相结合,对植入"追踪集料"的SMA-13间断级配沥青混合料的不同压实阶段分别扫描。并利用IPP(image-pro premier)软件和MATLAB软件对扫描结果进行处理,从而对压实过程中粗集料的堆移行为进行定量研究。结果表明,在沥青混合料中植入3D打印集料不会对其原有级配和力学性能造成明显影响,适合作为一种"追踪集料"进行沥青混合料中的集料堆移行为研究;粗集料颗粒在旋转压实过程中,在外力作用下产生滚动、堆移,处于中上层的粗集料倾向于发生竖直向下堆移,而处于中下层的颗粒倾向于发生水平向的堆移和空间转动;对于间断级配沥青混合料SMA-13而言,沥青用量对集料水平面内的位移量有显著的影响。沥青用量和压实温度对集料空间转动角Φ均有显著的影响,但沥青用量的影响更大一些。
In order to study the stacking behavior of coarse aggregate during the compaction process of gapgrade asphalt mixture,the 3 D printing technology was used to prepare the 'tracking aggregate'based on the real aggregate shape. The combination of superpave gyratory compactor( SGC) and X-ray CT non-destructive scanning technology was also adopted to scan the different states of the SMA-13 mixture with 'tracking aggregate'during the compaction process. The scanning results were processed by IPP( Image-pro premier) and MATLAB to quantitatively study the stacking behavior of aggregate during compaction process. The results show that the implantation of3 D printed aggregates in asphalt mixture will not have obvious influence on its original grading and mechanical properties,and it is suitable as a kind of 'tracking aggregate'for the study of aggregate stacking behavior in asphalt mixture. In the process of rotary compaction,the coarse aggregate particles are rolled and stacked under the action of external force. The coarse aggregates in the middle and upper layers tend to move vertically downward,while the particles in the middle and lower layers tend to horizontally stack and space rotate. For the gap-graded asphalt mixture SMA-13,the asphalt content has significant influences on the displacement Dxoyin the horizontal plane. The compaction temperature and asphalt content both have significant influence on the rotation angle Φ of the aggregate space,and the influence of asphalt content was more.
