摘要
国家湿地公园是国家湿地保护体系的重要组成部分,不仅有效改善了生态环境,而且在休闲、科学、文化和教育等方面体现出重要的社会功能。为了保障国家湿地公园的健康和可持续发展,对其社会功能进行科学、客观和全面的评价至关重要。根据相关规范和理论,总结现有湿地公园功能的评价指标;采用相关分析与主成分分析方法,定量筛选指标,构建了包括4方面29个指标的国家湿地公园社会功能评价指标体系,给出了每个因子的权重、赋值标准和具体的定量化评价方法;以白渔泡国家湿地公园为例,利用构建的评价指标体系,对该国家公园的社会功能进行评价。
As an important part of the national wetland protection system,the national wetland park not only effectively improves the ecological environment,but also demonstrates important social functions in leisure,science,culture and education.To ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the national wetland park,it is of vital importance to evaluate its social function scientifically,objectively and comprehensively.Based on relevant specifications and theories,this paper summarizes the existing functional evaluation indexes of wetland parks;applies the correlation analysis and principal component analysis to quantitative screening indexes,and then constructs the social function evaluation index system of national wetland parks with 29 indexes in 4 aspects.The weight of each factor,the evaluation standard and the specific quantitative evaluation method are given.Taking Baiyupao National Wetland Park as an example,the social function of the park was evaluated by using the constructed evaluation index system.
