Human resources management playing a crucial effect in the process of the digital library construction and development manpower resources management is key content of digital library management.We can only satisfy the needs of the management and development of digital library manpower resources.When intensity the training of high quality people of talent,establish system of distribution and system of comments on value of manpower resources,perfect competition mechanism of bring up person with ability;quicken the step of library legislation.
