摘要
本文研究了各种巯基有机化合物对黄铜矿的抑制效能。存在一定浓度的巯基化合物时,浮选矿浆的氧化还原电位为较大的负值。在pH3,ε—9的介质中,黄铜矿被明显地抑制。工业试验证实,在铝或铜矿石浮选时,用巯基化合物可代替氰化物和硫化物抑制黄铜矿和黄铁矿。
This paper deals with the depressing effect of various mercapto organic compounds on chalcopyrite. When concentration of the mercapto compounds in flotation pulp reaches a certain value, an oxidation-resuction potential of higher negative value comes into existence in the flotation pulp. In the media of pH3,8—9, chalcoprite is considerably depressed. Industrial flotation tests for copper and molybJenum have proved that chalcopyrite and pyrite can be depressed by mercapto compounds instead cyanides and sulphides.
