钒钛磁铁矿磨矿动力学试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对攀枝花密地选厂钒钛磁铁矿进行了分批次磨矿试验,通过单一因素变量法确定了最佳磨矿条件:给矿粒度-0.2 mm,矿浆浓度80%,磨矿时间8 min,给矿量500 g/次,钢球配比D30∶D25∶D20=40∶58∶90,介质充填率23.22%,磨矿产品-0.074 mm粒级含量达到97.18%。在此条件下进行了动力学试验研究,采用Origin曲线拟合方法建立了磨矿动力学方程。结果表明:粒度为0.0550.2 mm矿石磨矿动力学方程式中参数k与粒径d为幂函数关系,参数n与粒径d为对数函数关系。建立动力学方程有助于指导选厂磨矿实践。 Batch grinding tests with single factor method were performed for vanadic titanomagnetite ore from Panzhihua Midi Concentration Plant. The optimal grinding conditions were optimized as follows: pulp concentration of 80%,grinding time of 8 min,sample load of 500 g per time,feeding size of- 0. 2 mm,ball charge of 23. 22%,ball proportion with D30∶ D25∶ D20= 40∶ 58∶ 90,and grinding fineness of- 0. 074 mm 97. 18%. Kinetics study was conducted under these conditions and a kinetics equation was established by Origin curve fitting. The results show that,for particles of 0. 055 0. 2 mm in diameter,a power functional relationship exists between the parameter k and diameter d in the grinding kinetics equation,while a logarithmic function relationship between the parameter n and diameter d. The established kinetics equation can be useful for practice in the concentration plant.
