摘要
制造业企业是我国经济发展的重要力量,技能人才是制造业企业宝贵的人力资本。但是我国制造业企业面临技能型人才短缺和流失的现状。本文以企业技能人才为研究对象,对民营制造业企业技能人才离职意向进行了问卷调查,通过对企业不同等级技能人才的基本情况、工作条件、发展前景和企业文化与离职意向的均值和影响因素重要性的分析,研究表明初级技工有强烈离职倾向;在所选择的20个影响离职倾向的要素中,其中19个要素与离职倾向呈负相关。,本文针对研究结论提出了减少民营制造业企业技能人才离职意向,避免技能人才过度流失,促进民营制造业企业平稳发展的建议。
Manufacturing industry is an important force in the development of economy,and skilled workers are a very important part of human capital in the manufacturing enterprises,but our country is currently facing a serious shortage of skilled workers due to their high turnover rate. In this paper,skilled workers are the focus of this research,studying with a questionnaire survey the skilled workers turnover intention in private manufacturing enterprises. Statistical methods are also used to analyze the basic information of skilled workers,such as working conditions,prospects,corporate culture,etc. The results show that there is a strong tendency for primary skilled workers to have turnover intentions. Among the 20 factors that affect turnover intention,19 factors are negatively correlated with turnover intention. For conclusions,this paper proposed to reduce the turnover intention of skilled workers in manufacturing enterprises,avoid excessive loss of skilled workers,and promote stable development of private manufacturing enterprises in China.
