摘要
企业家是企业发展的灵魂,是我国经济建设的主力军,也是世界经济发展的推动力,目前已经成为世界各国学者的重点关注对象。本文通过阅读、梳理了大量的文献,对于企业家的现状、影响因素、措施政策等等进行整理,以及对海外发达国家以及国内人才政策先进的省市经验对比分析,总结出优秀的发展经验,以期对未来的企业家队伍建设起到一定的借鉴作用。
Entrepreneurs are the soul of enterprise development,the main force of China's economic construction and the driving force of world economic development. Nowadays,entrepreneurs have become the focus of attention for scholars all over the world.Through reading and sorting out a large number of documents,this article sorts out the status quo,influencing factors,measures and policies of entrepreneurs,as well as comparative analysis of advanced provinces and cities in overseas developed countries and domestic talent policies,and sums up outstanding development experience,with a view to provide references for the construction of future entrepreneurial teams.
