摘要
针对现有型煤固硫剂固硫效率低、SO_2高温段二次释放的问题,自主研发了一种新型高效固硫剂。采用独创的固硫剂表面多孔富集技术和与之配套的新型生产工艺和设备,制备出一种具有SO_2超低排放性能的清洁型煤。经固硫率检测和热工试验检测,结果表明,该类型煤在Ca/S摩尔比为2、炉膛温度为1 100℃的条件下,固硫率达到100%,锅炉热效率可达78.02%。研究表明:在提高型煤固硫性能的同时极大提高了型煤的热效率,提高了燃料的利用率,降低了燃煤使用过程中SO_2排放,实现了节能减排的目标。
In view of the problem of low sulfur fixation efficiency and secondary release of SO_2 at high temperature,a new type of high efficiency sulfur fixing agent was developed. A clean briquette with ultra-low SO_2 emission was prepared by using the original creation technology of surface porous enrichment technology of sulfur-fixing agent and the corresponding new production technology and equipment matched with it. The sulfur retention rate and thermal test results showed that the sulfur fixation rate was nearly 100%,and the boiler thermal efficiency could reach 78.02% when Ca/S mole ratio was 2 and the combustion temperature was 1100℃,which significantly improved not only the sulfur-fixing performance of briquette but also the thermal efficiency of briquette. Besides,this technology improved the fuel utilization and reduced the emission of SO_2 in the process of coal combustion,and realized the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
