摘要
河北省张家口某地下超贫磁铁矿品位TFe<20%,一般易选。根据矿体厚大、品位低、矿石价值低的特点,推荐安全、高效、低成本的阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法。该方法采用大直径深孔倒台阶分段微差爆破,矿块底部结构采用双堑沟形式,由扇形中深孔分次爆破形成,机械化程度高,矿块生产能力大,出矿巷道受桃形矿柱保护,出矿安全。
The grade of TFe is less than 20%in an underground ultra-low-grade magnetite located in Zhangjiakou of Hebei province,and the magnetite is easily beneficiated.According to the characteristics of its large and thick ore bodies,lower grade and lower value,sublevel open-stope mining with subsequent filling method is put forward because of good safety,higher efficiency and lower cost.Large diameter long-hole inverted bench section differential blasting is utilized and double trenches are adopted in the bottom of the block,which is formed through fan mid-deep hole blasting by times.With high mechanization and production capacity of block,mining safety is ensured under the protection of peach pillar in this method.
