爆破作业面水炮泥降尘试验研究 被引量:14

Experimental Study on Dust-reduction of Water Cannon Mud on Blasting Operation Face

摘要 在分析水炮泥降尘机理的基础上,通过在水炮泥中添加高效降尘剂,以提高了降尘效率。在夏甸金矿-820m水平爆破作业面对高效水炮泥降尘措施进行了现场试验,并对比了普通水炮泥和高效水炮泥的降尘效率和消烟能力。试验结果表明,采用高效水炮泥降尘时,总粉尘降尘效率达43.5%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达40.4%,较纯水水炮泥降尘效率提高了20%以上,有害气体平均浓度降低50%以上,有效的降低了爆破作业的粉尘和有害气体浓度。 On the basis of the analysis on the dust-reduction mechanism of water cannon mud,the dust-reduction efficiency was improved by adding high-efficiency dust-reduction agent to the water cannon mud.Field tests on dust-reduction measures of high-efficiency water cannon mud were carried out on the-820 mhorizontal blasting operation face in Xiadian gold mine.And the dust-reduction efficiency and smoke-reduction ability of ordinary water cannon mud and high-efficiency water cannon mud were compared.The test results showed that when dust was reduced by high-efficiency water cannon mud,the total dustreduction efficiency was 43.5%,and the respirable dust-reduction efficiency was 40.4%.Compared with the pure water cannon mud,its dust-reduction efficiency increased by more than 20%and the average concentration of the harmful gas was reduced by more than 50%.The dust and harmful gas concentration was effectively reduced in the blasting operation.
