摘要
从南京地区黄棕壤中分离的一株好氧、革兰氏阴性、产芽孢的硅酸盐细菌NBT菌株 ,能产生丰厚的荚膜 ,具有鞭毛 ,能水解淀粉、产生吲哚、液化明胶 ,全细胞脂肪酸为硬脂酸C16∶0 、软脂酸C18∶1(Δ9) 和anteiso C15,DNA的G +Cmol%为 5 3 7%。 1 6SrRNA基因测序和系统发育学分析的结果表明 ,该菌株与胶质芽孢杆菌B 75 1 9(Bacillusmucilaginosus)、土壤芽孢杆菌B 75 1 7(B .edaphicus)亲缘关系最近。该菌株与B .edaphicusB 75 1 7的总DNA杂交率为 69% ,在形态、生理生化特征上有差异 。
An aerobic gram negative sporulating silicate bacterium is described. Strain NBT was isolated from soil in Nanjing, and has the following characteristics: It fermented a range of sugars and produced acid. Starch hydrolysis, indole formation are positive. The G+C content of DNA was 54 0±0 3% and 16:0 was the major fatty acid. A phylogenetic tree constructed on the 16S rRNA gene sequences clearly indicated that strain NBT formed the same lineage with Bacillus mucilaginosus and B. edaphicus. High level of DNA relatedness (69%) demonstrated the genetic homology between strain NBT and B. edaphicus. Based on the several different phenotypic characteristics, we propose strain NBT as the subspecies of B. edaphicus.
