摘要
用分散聚合法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为稳定剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,乙二醇二甲基双丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,一次加料法在醇水介质中制备数个微米交联聚苯乙烯(PS)微球。研究了苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)、EGDMA的用量对粒子大小,粒径分布的影响。测量了微球表面羧基的含量。
Crosslinked functional polystyrene microspheres in micronsize monodisperse was prepared with batck method by using poly(Nviylpyrrolidone)(PVP), azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as stabilzers, initiator and crosslinker, respectively. The effect of initial acrylic acid (AA) concentration, EGDMA concentration, and styrene concentration on the reaction kinetics, particle size and size distribution of polystyrene microspheres were investigated. The content of carboxy on the particle surface was determined.
