摘要
The upgrading of industries and the development of knowledge economy depend on an industry--consulting industry in a large part.Consulting industry is an important industry in the 21 st century.This article mainly discusses the development history of the consulting industry in China and analyzes the difference of consulting industries between China and developed countries.Finally,it brings forward some countermeasures for the development of the consulting industry in China.
