摘要
提出和建立了印刷机滚筒滑动轴承可靠性设计的数学模型 ,并以国产 J2 1 0 8型胶印机滚筒的滑动轴承为例进行抗磨损可靠度计算 ,找出可靠度随工作时间变化的规律 ,提出了改进材质以提高轴承寿命的方法 ,对印刷机制造和使用具有实际指导意义。
The mathematical model of reliability design of sliding bearings of printing cylinder is provided and established.The calculation of anti abrasion(abnormal abrasion and normal abrasion)reliability is proceeded in the sliding bearings of printing cylinder by taking J2108 folio single color offset press for example.The regularity of reliability changes with time,and the method of improving the life of bearings by reforming their material are presented.The results are of practical guiding significance to the design and use of press.
