摘要
提出和建立了印刷机蜗杆传动可靠性设计的数学模型 ,并以国产 J2 1 0 8型胶印机收纸台升降子系统的蜗杆传动为例进行可靠度的计算 ,找出了蜗杆传动可靠度的变化规律 ,这对印刷机制造有实际指导意义。
The mathematical model of reliability design for worm drive in press is provided and established.For example,reliability calculation of worm drive in the delivery table subsystem of J2108,made in China,is proceeded.The relative regularity of reliability is found.The results are of practical direction significance to the manufacture of press.
