摘要
目的 :评价应用现代玻璃体视网膜显微手术结合硅油充填治疗复杂性性视网膜脱离 3 0例 ( 3 0眼 )。方法 :对3 0例 3 0眼复杂性视网膜脱离采用玻璃体视网膜手术 (VR) ,即玻璃体切除、膜剥离、重水、氩激光、冷凝、重水—硅油交换或气液交换 ,硅油眼内充填。结果 :3 0例 3 0眼近期有效 2 5例 2 5眼 ( 83 3 % ) ,失败 5例 5眼 ( 16 7% )。结论 :玻璃体腔硅油注入治疗复杂性视网膜脱离在短时间内完成视网膜复位 ,避免视功能的进一步破坏是有效的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the vitreoretinal surgery combined Silicon Oil tamponade in the treatment of 30 cases(30 eyes)with complicated retinal detachment.Methods:30 cases (30 yeys) of complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitreoretinal surgery.The operation included oitrecromy,membrane peeling.Perfluorocarbon liquid?Argon Laser?Perfluorocarbon liquid/Silicon oil exchange or Gas/Liquid exchange.Silicon oil tamponade in the case with aphakic eye.We usually performed a peripherd iridectomy at 6 oclock position.Results:Twenty-five of thirty cases were occurred in the short term(83 3%).Five cases were defeated (16 7%).Conclusion:Silicon oil tamponade is an effectiey method for complicated retinal detachment.It could make the tetinal gained good reposition in short time and decrease the damage of visual acuity
