摘要
目的:研究龟叶草水煎液的免疫作用。方法:采用小鼠免疫器官称重及研究龟叶草水煎液对小鼠碳粒廓清速率、体外淋巴细胞转化、小鼠血清溶血素形成及小鼠迟发型超敏反应等的影响。结果:龟叶草水煎液ig 10、20g/kg,对小鼠脾、胸腺重量无影响;ip 0.5、2g/kg及ig20g/kg均能抑制小鼠廓清速率及体外淋巴细胞转化;对小鼠血清素的形成略有增高作用,但统计学处理无差异(P>0.05);ip 2.1、0.5、0.25g/kg对小鼠迟发超敏反应均有较强的抑制作用。结论:龟叶草水煎液对网状内皮系统以及细胞免疫均有明显抑制作用,对体液免疫作用不明显。
Objective:To study the immune function of Rabdosia excisa decoction. Methods:Weighting immune organ of mice, and studying the effects on carbon clearance rate in mice, lymphocyte transformation in vitro, the formation of serum hemolysin in mice and delayed hypersensitivity. Results:10 or 20 g/kg Rabdosia excisa decoction (RED) had no effect on spleen weight and thymus gland weight by ig. By ip 0.5,2 g/kg RED or ig 20 g/kg RED, Rabdosia excisa group could inhibit the carbon clearance rate and lymphocyte transformation,but the group had no obvious effect on the formation of serum hemolysin. 2,1,0.5 and 0.25g/kg RED could significantly inhibit delayed hypersensitivity by ip. Conclusion:RED could significantly inhibit reticuloendothelial system and cellular immunity, but had no obvious effect on humoral immunity.
