摘要
新型的“胶乳法”工艺制备氯化天然橡胶,相对于传统的“溶液法”具有污染少、工艺简单、投资小、成本低等突出优点,是氯化天然橡胶的发展方向。对胶乳法的氯化反应历程进行研究,对完善胶乳法工艺具有重要意义,因而采用化学分析方法及SPSS回归分析方法,对胶乳法工艺制备氯化天然橡胶的氯化反应动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明:对现行工艺条件下胶乳法氯化反应,可采用经验式 y = 18.8350lnx + 62.8390 (R2 =0.9897, P=0.0000)预测氯化反应程度,即根据氯化时间(x),计算氯含量(y);利用方程式 Y =0.0605e4.3179X (R2 =0.9982, P=0.0000)可由实际测得的氯含量(X),计算出相应的氯化反应转化率(Y);本氯化反应的表观反应级数为:n=0.3。
Comparing with the traditional solution process, the new latex process has a lot of advantages such as low pollution, simple technology, low invest and product cost and becomes the developing direction of CNR. Study on the chlorination reaction mechanism in latex process is of importance for consummating the latex process. The chlorination reaction kinetics of natural rubber latex was studied by the methods of chemical analysis and SPSS software regression analysis. The results show that the chlorination degree y could be predicted from the chlorination relative time (x), with the empirical formulation y=18.8350lnx+62.8390 (R2=0.9897, P=0.0000), and the chlorination conversion Y can be obtained from the observed chlorine content (X) with another formulation Y=0.0605 e4.3179X (R2=0.9982, P-0.0000). The apparent reaction order of the chlorination reaction of natural rubber in latex process was found to be n=0.3.
