摘要
当前在我国的公民道德建设实施过程中 ,“家长的道德素质亟待提高”是制约着家庭道德建设的“瓶颈”。社区是家庭的载体 ,它是链接宏观社会与家庭成员个人的微观社会。社区在现代社会中日益成为重要的生活共同体。将社区作为公民道德建设实施的一个基本途径 ,充分发挥社区对其中居民的影响作用 ,对于提升社区中各家庭成员们的道德素质 ,具有从学校、机关和企事业单位等其他途径实施道德教育所不可替代的作用。在社区中实施公民道德建设不仅十分必要 ,而且具有基于社会学理论支撑的现实可能性。通过社区实施公民道德建设 ,是对以家庭、学校、机关和企事业单位等途径实施公民道德建设模式的发展和完善 。
The moral quality of parents needs to be improved urgently because it has become the bottleneck of family moral construction during the implementation in China presently. Residential community is the carrier of families as well as the micro-society which bridging macro-society and individuals. As a common living aggregate, community becomes more and more important in the modern society. To make the community the basic channel of citizen moral construction will make full use of the community influence on the residents, and the effect to improve the moral quality of family members can not be substituted by other educational methods such as by school, administration department and other enterprises etc. To carry out moral construction in the residential community is not only very necessary but also feasible based on the theory of sociology. To carry out citizen moral construction by residential community is a more advanced and completed mode than that by other ways like family, school, government and enterprise etc., and it is also a basic measure for citizen moral construction in China.
