摘要
目的 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对动物皮肤创伤愈合的影响。方法 采用小鼠背部割伤无菌创面模型 ,将实验组bFGF溶液 ,对照组用生理盐水溶液分别 1次 /d滴于创面 ,伤后取创伤组织制成组织切片 ,观察病理学变化。结果 bFGF组创面明显缩小 ,毛细血管和成纤维细胞数显著多于对照组。
Objective To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on wound healing. Methods The back of mouse was made sterilized wound compared with taking knife wound as model. The wound of the experimental group was controlled with bFGF solution. Whereas the wounds of the control group were covered with bFGF solution. Two froups received the same treatment once a day. The wound tissue were selected and the histology was observed. Results The wound area reduced obviously in treatment group. Fibroblast cells had flourish growth. The quality of capillary vessel and basic fibroblastic group in treatment was manifold than that in control group. Conclusion bFGF could promote the growth of gradulation tissue and had strong promotion on the wound healing.
