摩托车防盗点火系统的设计研究

摘要 设计的摩托车防盗点火系统由遥控器、主控制器、传感器和报警器组成。主控制器将防盗与发动机点火融合在一起,用一块单片机进行集中控制,使用软件进行密码识别和发动机的点火控制。单片机控制发动机点火时,利用硬件将点火触发信号比传统CDI点火触发信号提前30~50°CA,然后再用软件将点火时间修正到正确的点火时刻。经试验结果表明,该防盗点火系统运行可靠,系统抗干扰能力强,防盗效果好。 A motorcycle electric ignition system for guarding against theft was designed. The system consists of a remote control, a master control, a sensor and a siren. The theft-preventing device and the electric motor igniter is integrated in a master control, which controls motorcycle ignition after its code is recognized by a specific software. In ignition, the signal is transmitted 30~50° CA earlier than in customary CDI systems. Then, with the help of the software, it calibrates the ignition time. Experiment results showed that this system ran stably and reliably with strong resistance against interference from the environment.
