摘要
目的观察玻璃体切除术联合眼内填充治疗人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离的疗效。方法对10例10眼人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离实施了玻璃体切除术,其中2例填充了硅油,8例行C_3F_8气体填充,对术后视网膜复位及视力恢复情况进行了回顾性分析。结果随访2～16个月,所有病例视网膜均复位,9例视力得到了提高,1例无改善。结论玻璃体切除术联合眼内填充是治疗人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离的有效方法。
Purpose To evaluate die curative effect of vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade for treating pseudophakic retinal detachment. Methods 10 cases (10 eyes) of pseudophakic retinal detachment were received vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade. Among then,2 eyes were filled with silicon oil, while 8 eyes were filled with C3F8. The anatomy of retina and visual acuity were analyzed retrospectively. Results After 2-16 months, follow-up,all cases obtained retinal reattachment, visual acuity improved in 9 cases and did not change in 1 case. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade is a useful procedure to treat pseudophakic retinal detachment.
