装载机工作装置微机控制系统的设计

The Design on computer control system for the working Device of a Loader

摘要 探讨了以MC6E/32控制模块为核心的装载机工作装置微机控制系统。在分析控制目标的基础上,设计出系统的组成结构,利用电液比例减压阀作为先导阀来改造了原有的液压系统。该系统已试用于国内某钢厂清渣装载机中,使用效果表明该系统的设计是合理的、可行的。 The paper approaches a computer control system for the working device taking the control unit MC6E/32 as the core, of a loader de-signs the components of the system ou the basis of analysis on the control target, and uses the electro-hydraulically proportional pres-sure reduction valve as a pilot valve to improve the former hydrawlic system. The system has been used for the wheel loader by which the steel slag in a steel works is cleared up. The results prove that the design of the system is reasonable and practicable
