摘要
将原有机械式液压悬挂控制系统改装为电液式悬挂控制系统 ,其控制核心采用了 MCS96系列 16位单片机系统 ;对电液悬挂控制系统进行了硬件和软件设计 ,并在室内仿真试验台上进行了试验验证。试验结果表明 ,系统具有较好的调节性能 。
As a essential part of intelligentized tractor implement combination, a new electronic hydraulic system was used to replace the old mechanical hydraulic system. A real time controller based on MCS 96 series 16 bits microcomputer was developed, which include the hardware and software design for 4 control modes of tractor plowing. The characteristics of this control system were verified by tests conducted on the laboratory simulation system, and the better performance was obtained.
