摘要
在Watts型镀镍液中 ,分别加入粒径为 80~ 10 0nm的TiO2 的两种同质异构体 :金红石型和锐钛型 ,得到了Ni 纳米TiO2 微粒的复合沉积层 研究了电沉积工艺体系的 pH值、电流密度、搅拌速度、镀液中TiO2 的含量及添加剂对复合沉积层的表观和沉积层中TiO2 含量的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件 通过能量色散谱和SEM ,对复合沉积层成分及形貌分析 ,在最佳组成及工艺条件下 ,得到了复合微粒重量为 5 %~ 10 % ,且表观形貌良好的Ni TiO2 复合沉积层 .
A technique about Ni-nano-TiO 2 electro-codeposition process has been presented in the paper. The effects of bath composition and technological parameters, such as pH value, stirring speed,current density, particle concentration ,particle crystal strcture and additives on the coating appearance and behavior have been studied. The study shows that the additive agent can be use to improve the coating appearance. The appearance and components of Ni-nano-TiO 2 coatings have been scanned and analysis by the SEM method. The results show the amount of weight percent of TiO 2 in the coatings reached at 5%~10%, and the appearances of coatings are fine and divided evenly.
