摘要
介绍了一种新型燃煤固硫剂—贝壳 ,利用LCT 2型热天平对贝壳在不同实验条件 (温度、粒度、反应时间、升温速率 )下的钙利用率进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,贝壳的最大钙利用率随粒度的减小而增加 ,在 880~ 1 0 5 0℃这一较广温度范围内的固硫性能较好 。
The shell,a new critical sulfur capture medium in boiler combustor,is introduced.The conventional thermobalance method is taken to research the sulfur capture ability of different shells,and different measuring techniques are used.It shows that,the calcium conversion increased with the decreasing of granularity,the sulfur capture ability is better in the range of 800℃to 1050℃,the heating velocity has less effect on calcium conversion.
