摘要
阐述了功率变换器中功率开关器件、无源元件以及PCB板在传导EMI范围内建模的方法。在此基础上 ,建立了一个Boost电路传导EMI的模型 ,给出了仿真和实验结果 。
Based on the conducted EMI, modeling approaches of power semiconductor, passive component and PCB are related. A conducted EMI model for a Boost circuit is built up. The comparison between simulation result and experimental result verifies the validity and accuracy of model.
