摘要
目的 探讨骨化性肌炎的影像学特点及彩色多普勒超声 (CDFI)的应用价值。方法 采用超声仪检查9例患者观察病变区的大小、形态、内部回声及与周边骨组织的关系 ,并将结果与手术及病理发现对比。结果 本组超声诊断符合率 10 0 % ,其中成熟型为 7例 ,不成熟型 2例。成熟型钙化明显 ,边界不清晰 ,不成熟型钙化较少 ,病变组织回声紊乱。结论 CDFI有利于直接观察病变组织变化情况 ,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据 ,减少治疗的盲目性。
Objective To analyze the sonographic characteristic of ossific myositis and to evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for it.Methods We reviewed the ultrasound findings(including 2-dimension ultrasound and CDFI) of 9 patients with ossific myositis.The results were compared with the surgical or pathological findings.Results For the 9 patients the diagnostic rate of ultrasound was 100%.7 cases were mature while the other 2 were immature.The signal of blood flow on CDFI was more in immature than in mature.Conclusion 2-dimension ultrasound and CDFI can provide some reliable information for the diagnosis of ossific myositis.
