摘要
准确有效的区分静电除尘器(ESP)不同种类的放电形式对于预防ESP故障,维持ESP稳定运行有着十分重要的意义。但是根据ESP伏安曲线来判断ESP工作状态的传统方法不仅灵敏度低,无法分辨出早期反电晕故障状态,而且不具备实时性分析的能力,不能起到预防故障的作用。为了克服ESP伏安曲线的不足,该文首次提出了利用Prony算法来分析处理ESP的放电信号,给出了该算法所需要的模型。经过ESP模拟系统实验证明,该算法能够区分出ESP早期的轻微反电晕故障状态,为预防发生ESP严重反电晕故障提供了一个有效手段。
How to distinguish different kinds of discharge signals of ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) efficiently and exactly is very important for preventing ESP back corona fault and keeping ESP running stably. However, the traditional method, which is based on volt-ampere curve, only can confirm the run station of ESP very rudely, but is not acute and cant distinguish the early back corona fault. Moreover, it doesnt work before the serious back corona happens. Therefore, this method cant prevent the back corona fault of ESP. In order to overcome such deficiencies, a Prony method is developed for analyzing discharge signals of ESP and one Prony model of ESP is given in this paper, by which prediction for serious ESP back corona fault can be proceeded through confirming the run station of ESP efficiently and accurately. The results of experiment prove that Prony method can predict serious ESP back corona fault through confirming the run station of ESP efficiently and accurately.
