摘要
分析了切换10kV并联电容器组时,在400V用户母线上产生的暂态过电压的放大现象。对影响暂态过电压放大的各种因素,如10kV补偿电容器的容量、用户侧用于补偿功率因数的补偿电容器的容量和阻抗、用户侧降压变压器的容量以及系统阻尼等,用电磁暂态分析程序(EMTP)作了全面的仿真分析。指出了放大暂态电压对用户设备的影响,并讨论了抑制放大暂态过电压的措施。文章还指出,解决暂态电压放大的较好办法是在用户侧功率因素补偿电容器上串接一电感以形成谐波滤波器。
It is analyzed that when the 10kV capacitor bank is switched-over, the phenomenon of transient voltage uprise will appear on 400V bus at customer side. The various factors which may affect this phenomenon, e.g., the capacity of 10kV compensating capacitors, the capacity of compensating capaci-tors for power factor compensation at customer side, the capacity of step-down transformer at customer side and the damping of the power system, etc., are overall analyzed with EMTP. The influence of transient uprise on users equipments is explained and the measures to restrain the transient overvoltage caused by voltage uprise are discussed. It may be a better solution to this problem to connect an inductance in series with the compensating capacitor for power factor compensation at customer side to constitute a harmonic filter.
