摘要
目的 :分析小儿淋巴管瘤的CT表现和病理基础。方法 :对 6例经手术或临床治疗有效证实的小儿淋巴管瘤的CT表现进行研究。结果 :6例CT平扫均为多房状、薄壁、水样密度肿块 ,沿疏松间隙弥漫性生长 ,其中 3例密度均匀 ,3例伴较高密度区 ,其中 1例有分层液面 ;增强后囊壁均有不同程度强化 ,2例于部分囊壁之间见斑点状强化影。 3例位于颈部 ,其中 1例累及上纵隔 ;1例位于腋窝 ;2例前胸壁及前上纵隔同时受累 ,其中 1例病灶大部位于纵隔内。结论 :CT检查能较准确地显示出淋巴管瘤的部位、范围、内部特征等 。
Objective:To analyze the CT manifestations of lymphangioma in children and their pathological basis.Methods:The CT manifestations of six cases of lymphangioma in children proved surgically and clinically were analysed.Results:Plain CT scan of all cases revealed multiloculated and thin walled masses with water like attenuation.They grew diffusely in loose fascial spaces.Three cases showed homogeneous density and in other three cases there were areas of increased density in it,and in one case there was also a fluid fluid level.After contrast injection there was enhancement of the cystic wall in all cases,and in two cases there was also spotty enhancement between the walls.Three cases were found in the neck,one of them extend into the mediastinum;one in the axilla;two cases involved both chest wall and mediastinum.Conclusion:CT could accurately display the location,configuration and internal structures of lymphangioma and so CT is one of the most useful imaging modality to locate and to determine the nature of the mass
