大肠癌中多药耐药基因表达的临床意义及对预后的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨多药耐药基因 1(MDRl)表达产物P -糖蛋白 (P - gp)在大肠癌中表达情况及其对预后的影响。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法测定 4 8例大肠癌及正常肠黏膜组织中P - gp表达情况 ,并与各临床指标及预后进行相关性分析。结果 :上述组织中均存在P -gp的高表达率 ,两者之间无显著性差异 ;P - gp的表达与大肠癌临床分期、组织学类型等临床资料无关 ,但与预后有关 ,P - gp高表达者预后差 ,统计学上有显著性差异。结论 :由于大肠癌中P - gp的高表达率 ,因此推测多数大肠癌患者对抗肿瘤化疗药物具有先天耐药性 ,这是大肠癌化疗疗效不佳的原因之一。肿瘤组织中P - gp高表达患者预后差。
