多肽生长因子的生物学活性 被引量:2

摘要 生长因子虽属于多肽类,但在内分泌学上可以认为是不同于古典激素的亚组,它们都可以促进细胞增殖,以自分泌、旁分泌或内分泌的方式作用于靶组织或细胞。生长因子对体外细胞的增殖作用及体内调节机能已被确认。生物化学及分子生物学方法的应用,有助于研究和探索生长因子的结构、种类、受体及调节等。根据生长因子的作用。
